How does unconscious bias undermine gender equality? Why are there fewer women in positions of power?
This panel provides a space to discuss the obstacles women face in politics and media, the ways those hurdles impact society, and how challenging the status quo has fundamentally changed how we view women's participation in historically male-dominated fields.
