The Doc10 Programmers Circle brings together socially conscious individuals who want to support Chicago’s premier documentary film festival and help shape the Speak Truth Series. Circle members play a critical role in selecting films that spotlight urgent issues, inform communities, spark meaningful dialogue, and inspire action.

The Circle is an exclusive advisory committee supporting Doc10 and Speak Truth’s mission of pairing exceptional documentary storytelling with timely conversations around the issues that matter most.

Circle members meet monthly to discuss films under consideration, programming priorities, community engagement, and the evolving documentary distribution landscape. Meetings may be held virtually or in person, with local gatherings at The Davis Theater.

Members receive advance access to films, exclusive conversations with programmers and industry insiders, and opportunities to help shape Speak Truth panels, activations, and the broader community footprint of Doc10.

The Programmer’s Circle is a group of donors who believe in the importance of CMP’s mission and the need for Doc10 and Speak Truth.
